Their legal services were great but whoever is responsible for the whole building air freshener system, it is horrible. It is piped into every room, you cant get away from it. I had a headache and felt sick the rest of the day. I was shocked at how strong it was. Its like a dozen of the strongest Glade Plug-ins in each room. If I hadnt been there to sell my house I wouldve left. If youre sensitive in the least dont enter the building. It was such a bad experience, I would not use this office for anything ever in the future. I want to give one star but its not for the attorneys, its for the office.

Getting ready to close on our new home and had to take in the cashier's check for the earnest money. The receptionist was was very nice and friendly and helpful with our matter.

David and his office staff are wonderful!! They bend over backwards to make closings smooth and easy and keep their office open after hours for closings if needed!! I love closing there!!!

UPDATE 1/18/24: Ahh the magic of Google reviews to get things done. ;-) I received the corrected deed in the mail, 29 days since posting my review, along with a note from David apologizing, which I thought was nice. I am very happy it FINALLY is fixed. That being said, it should not take a Google review to make that happen. I realize I have a goofy name, but MANY people do. Staff needs to take the time to spell names correctly, and check their work. If a mistake is made, just fix it! But in a timely manner. Thank you for resolving this, MS. Marlo ;) - Huguenin Law Firm spelled my name wrong on the deed to my house that closed on 3/29/23. My fault for not looking closely at it at the closing. It didnt need to be signed by me, and I took for granted it would be correct. Learned a lesson here! I started emailing Stacie the paralegal in April about getting it fixed. She stated it was a simple fix once she had the original deed. I dropped off the original deed on September 28th, and it is now December 18th. Not only is it not corrected, but she did not reply to my email I sent one week ago. The owner, David, was also added to the email in hopes of help getting it fixed, and he didnt bother to reply either. So disappointing. Now I no longer have my original deed, AND my name is still misspelled on it. They are not bothering to fix THEIR mistake, nor even reply or follow up. If and when they ever fix the deed I will update my review. If I havent updated the review, it means it has not been corrected with the county, and I have not received a corrected (ORIGINAL) deed in the mail.
