        I reached out online. They called me and were very professional and helpful. I even received emails. I drove almost an hr on a Saturday for an appt that had been confirmed by John. No answer. No one was there. I called and left a message and even emailed. No one ever reached out to me to apologize or attempt to reschedule. Clearly I already needed help with my debt. Having to make that drive for absolutely no reason didnt help things at all. Bad business.
