        Mr. Carson was hesitant at both of Mr.Sea's trials. Mr. Sea had to stand up and object for himself in the first, mistrial, and forced to be silent at the second trial where he was convicted. Carson's had only one defense, which was "my client wasn't on the scene." The Superior Court Of Bulloch County and the jury didn't care for it. Mr. Sea ended up with a life without parole sentence. Carson's is a pushover in the courtroom, he will not stand up for you, or challenge the judge which he stated "we don't want to upset the judge," but Mr. Sea's life has been upset since the conviction. A lot of these lawyers have no trial experience, and are only good at dressing nice and smooth talking you out of your hard earned money. (Edited response) Mr.Sea never took the stand in his case. The mistrial was not secured by Mr.Carson...in fact Carson's tried to remove himself from the case and leave Mr.Sea to fend for himself at the second trial. Carson's was even less effective at this stage undoubtedly due to his disposition of being forced to continue his representation.

      John works very hard for his clients, both inside the courtroom and out, and he is available day and night for them. Mr. Sea was charged with murder, along with 2 codefendants. John was able to secure a mistrial in the first jury trial. After the mistrial the State elected to try the case again and Mr. Sea was unfortunately convicted along with his co-defendant. John had worked out a very favorable plea offer that Mr. Sea elected not to take. John is very sorry that a jury of Mr. Sea’s peers convicted him and that the judge in Bulloch County gave him an extremely harsh sentence; but that is the risk that comes with going to trial.John understands Mr.Sea's frustrations, but John in fact stood up for his client every step of the way - but the evidence was persuasive. Not every client will be totally happy with the results of a trial, but that is not always the attorney's fault. In this case the facts were bad & the outcome was based upon those facts. John did the best he could with a difficult situation.
