Great customer service, new client felt very comfortable & welcoming on arrival no long wait times very straight forward highly recommend I came in on an emergency visit & they handled my needs giving me quality service !!

Horrible customer service. Im an existing client, called with extreme pain and spoke with a team member, I was assured a return call with either an appointment for that day or the following as well as a script for pain and antibiotic. Four days later and a total of eight phone calls including leaving messages, none answered or returned. I received an apology and explanation that the office is busy, I understand busy but so busy you cant return a client whos in pain phone call for four days?? Ive cancelled my procedures and will seek dental care elsewhere. If they cant return calls now, what will it be like after they have my payment in full? Food for thought to any new client, also just a heads up Aspen dental care has bought Clearchoice so they are no longer competitors but the same company. Extremely disappointed
