You are family here. Good and bad! Some of these parties will blow your eyes out in wonder, others will make you wonder what the #%%#!? I have had a few numb skulls tell me I work too hard and whine that I make them look bad when they can't simply enjoy their down/break time...I'm the one taking the stand up desk. Too bad! These people will bend over backwards too work with your schedule. I gained damn 20 pounds working for these people, but you know how that is, it's always chicken this or that back in the kitchen, but don't say nobody didn't feed you like a southern mother here! If you got some common sense and a spine and a sense of humor and can read a rule book, stop off a see these folks!

Great agency to work with for those seeking a flexible schedule, and experience in hospitality and food service. If you want to be a banquet server or bartender Southern Elegance works with a leading roster of hotels, convention facilities and caterers. I worked with them for a number of months, and gained great experience along with good pay.

Overworked and underpaid. They make double what they pay the employees. You make $12/he. they make $24/hr.
