    BEWARE OF BOOKING STAY WITH CREDIT CARD POINTS. Booked a stay in this hotel room using points from my credit card. Paid in full using points before check in. During the check in process I was told my card would be charged a temporary charge for 75 dollars which would be refunded. The hotel charged my card for the whole night stay 344 dollars. I have yet to be refunded. I have contacted customer service and they told me that they can not figure out why I was charged. Edit 4/10/24 Finally was able to receive a partial refund of 315 dollars. I had to reach out to Hyatt via Twitter to finally get someone to address this after being told it was being handled by a Hyatt representative on the phone. There is no explanation as to why I was given a partial refund. No one reached out to apologize. Will not be patronizing this hotel chain in the future.

    Our room had a spectacular view of the river. I must say everything was very clean, from the exterior to the elevators to our room. The front desk and bar staff were attentive and very helpful. Valet was right there when we arrived and very quick to get our car back the next morning.

    My room is right next to the elevator, which would normally just be annoying but since the elevator is internal to the building but exposed on the sides I hear it beep every time it reaches any floor. The rooms are fine but nothing special. I'm here at an event so I did get to check out the ballroom and the view is pretty nice.
