I booked specific pews over a year out of my daughters wedding. Things went okay until 3 days before our event. I had reached out to Nikki 3 weeks before the wedding to check in and received no response. My wedding coordinator reached out a week before the wedding and again no response. In a last ditch effort 3 days before the wedding I again reached out to confirm things were in place with the items we reserved and paid for! I get a response that the pews were damaged due to rain! No one had tried to reach out to us to let us know! Then tried to add things we didnt need or want. Things were in place! Get real 3 days out for a wedding you have decorations done by this point! We settled for different pews as we really left with no other choice due to the short time frame. They were smaller and fewer number of pews than what I paid for. Did I get a refund? NO! When I questioned about her lack of communication she tried to put blame on me because I wouldnt take extra items she tried to force on us and actually told me she wish she had never told me about the pews! Seriously? Who runs a business like this?! Ive even have tried once again to communicate to resolve this issue and reached out again and at no surprise she hasnt responded. Those church pews meant everything to my daughter for her wedding day and its terrible how we were treated. Hope no one else has to experience this awful treatment from a business. A business that people count on for events and trust they will be treated with respect!

Nikki and Jason did an amazing job with our wedding! We had an outdoor event and the white benches they supplied we're just what we needed! We would definitely use them again!
