The place is adorable and the employees were sweet! They did a nice job with grooming our dog.

I had loved this place, but today I was very disappointed. My dog got a bath at 3.30 and I was in a huge traffic jam coming back from downtown because it was a rare thunderstorm and they kept telling me they were closing at 5:00 and that there was a $50 late fee for going past 5:00. I arrived at 5:03 and was still asked to pay $50. I was told I had to pay before I could touch my dog, and even rolled my eyes and shook my head after I paid, and I will never return to this place! Since you want to make a big deal out of it I have no problem with it, updated review on May 24, 2023, on May 22 I received a call from David, the owner, and didn't hear a word of apology on the phone, kept repeating that I would be refunded $50 to delete my review and if not to report my review to Google as fraudulent. And when I told him about the staff attitude problem he said he would manage the staff, but I'm sorry you are the "staff" with the bad attitude and your staff is very kind! And with David's words they called me a total of four times to pick up the dog, I'm sorry I only received two calls, the first call at 4.22 told me they closed at 5:00 and asked me to come pick up as soon as possible, the second at 4.58 told me there would be a $50 fee for going past 5:00, may I ask David where the third and fourth calls were?
