        Very friendly staff both bbn over the phone an in person. Clean facility, nice layout, my unit is right by the door for easier loading an unloading

        Everyone from the national customer service person to the employee at the storage unit has been great so far. Both were very courteous and efficient. Reserving the unit and securing the unit were fairly easy. I has a little trouble with signing the lease online but I figured it out. The only reason I am not giving my experience 5 stars is that I thought the pricing was deceptive. When I reserved the unit, I did not realize that the price shown was a promotional rate that would increase after 3 months. Besides that I had a fairly positive experience so far.
