Customer service is terrible. They never answer the phone. Dont ever take a chance with this company. They are not helpful even for an exchange. There are lots of alternatives for shoes. Beware of this expensive and difficult company.

I had such a pleasant experience shopping here today; Rebecca was so friendly and Johnny was super helpful as well. Got a great pair of shoes that are super comfortable :)

I purchased a pair of shoes, super cute and wore them out of the store! My experience was wonderful and the team helpful. After wearing the shoes for a few hours, my arches began aching and the shoes were uncomfortable. I stopped back in when I was downtown, sans shoes, and asked about the return/exchange policy. They will only exchange worn shoes. So, I tried again, hoping the second wear would feel differently. I was very wrong. The fabric gave me blisters on both both feet and in multiple places. UGH. I am so disappointed. I am not keen on trying another style because of the type of fabric and I don't really care for the other styles. I purchased an ankle wrap wedge in nude. $150+ pair of shoes can you be yours if you'd like to buy them for half off! They're washable!
