But I don't want to be an adult! I WILL and TRUST it all be G Yes, you heard me right. It's not easy being an adult and it's not easy that there's more that we NEED to know that's out there and hardly anyone ever talks about. Wills and Trusts needs to be made by an Attorney to ensure what you want left behind when you pass is given to them. Example, if you pass and you don't have a Will/Trust and you own property. That property will not be handed down to your kids, it'll go into probate and it's not a fun or cheap process that anyone has to go through. But rest assured, these people will help you get what you want and follow through what you wanted. It also may not be an easy decision to make, but it has to be made. TRUST me, I already went through it twice and I'm glad that I did. Now I'm all ready and set my future for my kids and loved one. WTG! Okura and Associates!

Please read my original review, but here is more.I also want to add, that this past January, we got a card in the mail, addressed to my fathers address, telling him Happy New Year! Umm don't they know my dad passed away last year?????Then today my sister calls them to ask if we had a trust ID number set up. The lady calls back and says, she talked to attorney, and was told that we'd have to "retain" them for $300 something dollars if we wanted them to do that. So we call our accountant, and she is so surprised by that, because the site to set up a trust ID is FREE, and she said she would easily do that for us now, for FREEEEEE.  These people are money hungry and terrible to try to kick you when you are down and heartbroken!!

Ok, so I flew all the way home with the intention of being obligated to go to this attorney office to sign papers after my father's death. I got there about 15 min early, (parking is slightly difficult), and waited. We were taken into a room and the "attorney" who helped us, basically told us an over view of assets and then asked if we had any questions. We had to schedule this appointment MONTHS AGO, and for what?!?!? To ask QUESTIONS?!?!? What the heck are we paying you for exactly? I also was under the impression that this meeting was already paid for in the beginning when all of the "trust" was set up. Nope. So we left approximately 30-45min later, $500 poorer and ZERO papers signed. Two of us had to pay a couple hundred dollars to fly from other islands to meet with them!!!!!!!!  We were "advised" to call each annuity policy and file the paperwork on our own!  Ummmm, THANKS FOR THE ASSISTANCE. Super worth the $500 ($522.19 to be exact). (Side note: we could have submitted the paperwork and death certificate MONTHS ago, at least that way we would have already had money to pay for this lousy attorney and useful service. My suggestion to anyone for death related issues is to do your own research and save your money and do it all yourself. Apparently that's what they tell you to do anyway!
