Panda Express

Called at 7: 30 made an order and they said itll be done at 8 waited till 8 then my food wasnt even being made and had to wait 26 extra minutes for 2 plates then when I asked about my order they went to the back and asked the chef and as I look back to see them ask the chef hes eating in the kitchen while making others food. Horrible service good food.

Food quality is OK but they never get my order right got steak instead of chicken and skipped on my extra side I paid for will check order before I leave ughhhhhh

Interesting bc we had food from Panda Express in Jersey 15 years ago and the food sucked. However; this on in Hilo was excellent. So, this time - i was starving and went in and was very pleasantly surprised - the food was delicious (bit oily but wth i was starving) - portions were excellent and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. All in all very good - will definitely come back. Thank you.
