Hannah was unprofessional when we had our interview, and even had to apologize during it. I had thought they weren't even going to take me on as a client since they said they were waiting for the police report. Went a week no contact then randomly got the emailed police report from her with no further information saying they were taking me on or anything like that so I replied asking if that meant we could move forward and then she started doing stuff without even having the courtesy to call me on the phone and talk to me again since I still had questions leftover from our interview. I emailed her my question and her response was to throw a tantrum and send me a rejection email saying that something to the effect of there being poor communication. Would not recommend wasting your time, call someone else.

By far, easily th the worst experience I have ever had with a law firm.After signing their agreement to represent my wife in a personal injury lawsuit, it took us  many months  to fi d iut our case was being managed by a clerk who knew next to nothing.  The attorney made no effort to guide us or fulfill his responsibilities as our attorney.  When i started to question the staff, the attorney terminated our agreement saying he didn't have time to handle the case.  This was after wasting our time for 10 months.  Doing this to someone who has been severely impacted in an accident isInexcusable .
