We had breakfast here when wanting a break from resort breakfasts and when in a hurry. Quick service at drive-thru and friendly. Love their croissant breakfast sandwiches.

As the economy grows more expensive, companies continue to promise affordability and quality (cough, cough, McDonalds) but none deliver and our expectations as customers lowers for Every. Broken. Promise. Jack in the box however has proved themselves without needing fake advertising and fake promises. There have been 2 moments where the employees have given me a bad attitude for an order that one of their staff got wrong or talking about me in Tagalog behind my back because they forgot an item in my order and I won't lie because of those 2 instances I promised I'd never go back but recently the employees, the quality, everything has gone far beyond what I was expecting. So here's my review. Pros + Good quality food. + Great affordability. + Guaranteed App Rewards. + Good Customer service. + Great selections of foods. + Doesn't give me an aneurism. + Doesn't give me diarrhea. + Doesn't make me regret my life decisions. Cons - Online support is mid, mild, no bueno. - Items in your order can be forgotten. - They don't answer the phone in the restaurant. - Walk ins stop at 11 p.m. The food for every one of my orders have been banging like a biscuit but if in the small chance your order is not fulfilled the employees are willing to work with you and replace or refund your order if something is missing, bad quality or not up to standards. Just make sure you have your receipt and don't be a Karen. The cheaper items such as the tacos, jr. burgers, tenders, and other classics always come in great quality and the combos always come hot, ready, fresh, and delicious. Combos are a bit more expensive (up to 16$) but it is absolutely worth every penny. Download the app if you don't already have it so that you can get the rewards because each dollar is a point and if you accumulate up to 20, 40, or 60 points you get a free item. As well as the (in app offers) such as 99 cent tacos, and regular deals such as the Oreo cake, curly fries, milk shakes, and burgers. They've got a wide variety of options so might have a tough time choosing what you wanna munch on. (They've got boba but it's not that great). As someone with dietary issues I can say that the food doesn't make me question why I chose to eat the food. I feel full, happy and not contemplating why I live my life the way that I do. Jack in the box does reply pretty quickly on their reviews from google, Yelp, and etc. The representative replies with thoughtful replies and gives a link to the support page on the company website but be warned, the website is very limited so don't get your hopes up. Items can be forgotten due to new hires and/or rush hours. This location closes their doors at 11 p.m. and only accepts drive through orders so if you ordered through Uber Eats, Door Dash or don't know that they only do drive throughs at 11 p.m. don't expect them to answer the phone or come to the door to help you. 1) If you ordered (DELIVERY) through the app or a 3rd party service after 11 p.m., the only contact you'll have will be the DELIVERY DRIVER. 2) If you ordered (PICK UP) through the app or a 3rd party service after 11 p.m., you will have NO contact and the employees will NOT come to the door to help you. I don't know why they don't notify you through the app or 3rd party service that they only do drive through after 11 p.m. but that's something you'll have to ask the representative or manager. Overall I'd choose Jack in the box as my go to for regular munchies. Peace.
