Call before you go.  Rather upsetting driving through Christmas traffic and then to find out they either closed early or went on break. Waited for 15 minutes and decided to go home. Sucks.  Now have to go through all the traffic again after work to get Christmas present.  I gave 5 stars because I've had good experience in the past. But from now on I will always call 1st to see if they are open

This place is located inside Macy's on the ground level. I'm giving 4 stars because their selection is small due to the fact their inside the Macy's. I purchased a pair of sunnies here a few years back and stopped by today to get them re-adjusted. They kept slipping off my face and Crystal helped me re-fit them so they feel like new. She was amazing and had such great customer service. I think I talked to her for a good 15-20 minutes and left the conversation very informed about sunglasses.
The best part is that you can use your Macy's card!

Went shopping last weekend looking for a new pair of shades and ended up at the Sunglass Hut inside Macy's. I've always had good service at various Sunglass Huts in Oregon but was absolutely blown away with how great our experience was. The guy working, Nash (has curly blonde hair and a booming voice) time and time again went above and beyond to help both me and my mother find the right pair. The guy was literally an encyclopedia on everything and knew every detail of every frame. I'm usually pretty harsh on these reviews but can tell you that Nash made me into a Sunglass Hut customer for life. By far the best service I've ever had in Hawaii. In addition to leaving the store amazed, my sister and I want to put him on Jeopardy. Highly recommend this place to all!!

Came by for some cleaner also checked out some sunglasses. Sales guy friendly and very helpful.
