Noteworthy details: Kelly was a great host, she and her hubby lived in a house behind the house that my husband and I stayed. She served us breakfast for both days and was blessed by her kindness! She had tea /coffe snacks and even ice cream !

Room: Ours was a bit small, but clean and everything we needed was there Service: Top, very friendly, helpful (but like to tell something twice), American breakfast (including muffins - toast with jam or Nutella would be world class!), we didn't drink the coffee because it was made with chlorinated water - I recommend buying water to switch Location: Somewhat remote, but easily accessible Overall: We would come again, but next time we would fly to Maui instead of the Big Island!

Place was clean, Kelly was very welcoming even though we were late. This is by far the best place we stayed at on the big Island. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Amazing experience! We stayed here for just one night, but ended up wishing we had booked a longer stay here. Kelly was an extremely nice, warm, accommodating host! My husband was unwell, so we had to cancel our day trip. We ended up checking in super early (11AM) and Kelly was more than happy to accommodate us early so we could rest. The location was so quiet and peaceful! The house/kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials (kitchen had plenty of utensils, lots of snacks for us to enjoy). The house was clean and well kept. The rooms were nice too (there was a small essentials kit provided as well - loved the small details). The breakfast in the morning was a great add! Breakfast burritos, fresh fruits, coffee/tea and of course Kellys fresh baked muffin. We lived Kellys muffin ( she baked them fresh even on the day we checked in ). Bathroom is shared between 3 rooms. We were alone in the house so this wasnt an issue at all. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend this. Just a small note - the location doesnt have a lot of nearby restaurants/shops. Rooms: Clean, well kept and comfortable Noteworthy details: Great host and great value for money!
