        Ordered $300 worth of food for a party yesterday. Original pick up time was 4, received a text at 3:15 saying our order would be ready early, 3:30, then another text saying itll be expected at 3:34. Arrived at 3:50, cashier said I was waiting for rice. About 4:00, I overheard one person (who I assumed was a manager) inquire with 2 others about what I was waiting on. I asked the same cashier again what I was waiting for, then she said a zip pack, I said thats not my order, then she said fried noodles. 4:10, bags and bags of food started being placed on the counter. Instead of making me wait for everything at once, they couldve handed me whatever was ready to load since they had me make 3 trips to my car alone.. Not one employee offered to HELP. Not one apology for having to wait. Customer service is just dead everywhere.

        I tried the Loco moco and loved it. Reasonably priced and good sized portion. I had a gift card too. Quick turnaround of service. It took longer for me to decide what to order.
