Ms. Murphy – We’re sorry to see that you’re upset, but we’re quite confused… You state that your furnace, which was installed on 1/8/2022 “has never worked right”, yet we haven’t been to your home for any issues with the furnace since it was installed over 2 years ago. In fact, the first and only time we’ve been to your home for an issue with your equipment was on 8/1/2022, and that was for your air conditioner; it stopped operating due to a plugged drain line, which is a maintenance issue. It’s quite odd that we’ve gone nearly two years without hearing from you, if your furnace has “never worked right”. When you purchased your furnace and air conditioner, you were provided with a 1-year labor warranty, not 2-years as you claim in your review. You were also provided a 12 year parts warranty on the furnace, and a 10 year parts warranty on your air conditioner; those warranties are provided through the manufacturer and any licensed contractor can honor them. We, like the majority of service providers, require a service/diagnostic fee to visit a clients home; we apologize, but you are responsible for that fee, and also for any repair costs. Of course a technician will go over any potential charges before any work is performed.
