4 Wheel Parts-Off Road Truck & Jeep 4x4 Parts

I ordered online and after a week was on hold with the 800 number for 1 hour until I was hung up on. The gentleman in this store helped me out by not only helping me cancel my original online order, but also ordered me the part and is now shipping it to me. It all took a little longer than expected this way, but I was very happy with this solution. Hats off to personal customer service and those online people in California can screw off.

Overpriced mostly jeep products. Customer service is below average every time I've been in here.

Very few items in the store and pretty much nothing for JL wranglers. Customer service needs work at this location as staff was not helpful at all. Just buy online.

Spent :25-:30 minutes planning a full King suspension for my 4Runner. I told the man at the counter I was ready to purchase now. He told me he would check on parts availability and call me back. I gave him my number. Its been two months and I havent heard from him. Better off as I didnt get the greatest feeling here. Felt like the man at the counter was trying to push me towards Fox and Rough Country because the were more readily available.
