Good experience! Detailed inspection listing recommended services. Option to accept or decline each item via web link. I spent more than I wanted but felt like it was money well spent. I would recommend to friends.

Edit regarding their response : They now claim that the $315 was just for of AC diagnostics. That's an outrageously high price for what's typically $50 - $100, and that's not what they invoiced me for. I've initiated a charge back with the CC company. If they fight that, I hope they enjoy wasting time in small claims court because I'm petty enough to take it there. Original Review: This place is literally on the same street I live so I thought I would give them a shot. My wife's 2016 Subaru crosstrek had an ac issue, I knew the most likely cause was a leak. I brought it in for an "AC service" and was told that the price was around $300, which seemed high, but not outrageously high, and was told that it could be higher if there was an issue with the compressor or some other component. Which I agreed to and made perfect sense. Got an text update that they wanted an additional $160 to replace an 0-ring, and an invoice with another over $1000 in additional completely unnecessary services like transmission flush, coolant flush, fuel system flush, $110 for a cabin air filter and $34 for tire rotation. This car had 60,000 mile maintenance service a couple of months ago. The Cabin air filter is a couple of weeks old, they cost under $15 and take less than 5 minutes to change, and the tires were rotated last week. I declined everything. They billed me $317 for the "AC service" including parts that were never used and labor that was never performed. An AC diagnostic even with 2024 inflation would typically run between $50 - $100. I plan on disputing this with my credit card company as soon as the charge is finalized and will be sure to let everyone in the neighborhood know to avoid them. After leaving I made an appointment with the mechanic I normally take my car to, the appointment is two weeks out and replacing all of the o-rings and servicing the AC is going to cost me around $200. I don't know if they try pulling this with everyone or if I just look gullible.
