        I had to edit the old post, unfortunately. We use to take all of our vehicles to big-o, it used to be a great shop that we could trust however after they changed ownership everything else changed as well.. we had some work done to our lifted vehicle, we ended up paying a little over 4K for the parts and labor. It seemed good for about a month and then we started hearing the "noise " again.. we noticed that the parts we had replaced didn't look new at all. We have had the same part replaced multiple times since the buyout... After wasting way to much money we no longer trust big-o with any of our vehicles...
