Exceptional customer service. My first contact, I dropped my car off in the morning They provided a shuttle service to my work - across town a couple of hours later, I was contacted via e-mail with a complete inspection report. As I was reading through the report, Shanell called to talk about the issue of most concern from the report. I was given a quote and was told that the part was near-by and that I would have my vehicle back by the afternoon. I was notified that the repair was complete and that I was ready to go. It was priced as quoted. FYI the complete inspection report is - in my opinion - an above and beyond presentation there are explanations and even pictures of my suggested repair issues. The over-all experience was extremely positive and made me feel like they were looking out for my best interests no pressure.

Got me in quickly and got me back quickly. Great review of systems for a prepurchase of a vehicle. Would definitely use again.

Best experience I have had in a very long time, I was treated with respect and did not take advantage. Being retired money is tight and it's nice to be able to trust my repair needs of my Honda and Toyota to Garrys
