I took my truck in for electrical issue with my head light last year and now its having the same issue which it is not the bulb itself. Because its barely over the year mark they will not address/warranty their workmanship. Service: Electrical

After my last repair on my Ram 1500 I was given a sales pitch to try their oil change program and was told it was fast, thorough and efficient. I called to schedule my oil change and the service desk stated they don't take appointments and to just come by and they would get it done for me. I arrived and waited quite a while for someone to assist me and then was told it would be a minimum 2 hour wait and that I should have made and appointment. I told them I tried to make an appointment and was told I couldn't. I told them and I can't wait two hours and that I would just like a refund on the oil change program. The manager stated they couldn't refund the program. I have used the service department on multiple occasions and find the service writers and manager to be less than helpful and apathetic. If you sell a service, it is a reasonable expectation to get the service represented when given the sales pitch Service: General repairs & maintenance
