Studio Ten Eleven

I want to say that this review is about Nastassjia Mclean who works there not the salon in general. I came in to lighten my hair with the understanding it wouldnt lighten much since it was so dark, but she lightened it to BLONDE. She left bleach on my hair for 6 hours causing severe damage. My hair was brushing out in chunks, I just feel lucky to have any hair on my head. After she realized the damage she panicked and was googling how to correct her mistake, and in my eyes I find that highly unprofessional. I wish she would have said she didnt have the skillset to do my hair instead of experimenting and hoping for the best. At the end of the service she mentioned that she was going to charge me $350 but my hair didnt look good so she will just charge $250 after quoting me $150-175. I was just so worked up I was in shock so I paid on my card and left. The next day I reached out and asked for a refund for the service, still offering to pay for the product she used and I got no response.
