Went to Xpel after I had a really bad experience with another company. BUT these guys are legit! One of the best purchases I've my for my vechile honestly looks better than the day I bought it. They took me through their store showed me the process they're using some of the latest tech for it and the wrap itself is better than I expected. Only one spot that got something stuck under it and its hard to see but for an entire pickup I expected more errors. I also had them tint my windows and smoke out my lights. Looks great and Would highly recommend others to these guys. They even came out a 2 hour drive round-trip to replace a decal they accidentally messed up on. They also held it for 2 weeks while I went on vacation. Just accommodated to the costumer and appercaited how they ran their business.

Wonderful experience, knowledgeable, coutourious, and did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. They went above and beyond my expectations. Love the difference the ceramic tint can make in a hot car, and it provides protection for my interior. Fantastic value. 12/18/23 Update I had a neighbor stain their fence. I had stain dropplets all over my. I took it in to XPEL, and they took care of me, and as you can see in the pictures, my car looks amazing they are fantastic company.

Great selections for modifications. Workers are nice, but I wish inquiries got answered a little bit quicker. Great team.

Researched all the auto film products and installers in the Treasure Valley to protect my 2021 Ram 1500 Limited. Settled on Xpel based on reviews, product and warranty. This was in Spring 2021. Very impressed with the professionalism, customer service and the fit and finish. Now November 2023, had a few places where the film had begun to peel slightly. Brought it back to inspect. Julie and the Xpel installers inspected it and assured me it was a warranty issue, there would be no charge and set me up with a prompt appointment to get it fixed. I had 2 small dents bumper dents that needed repair first, so I got those done, then brought the truck in. One dent I had re-painted myself and it was not pretty but "Hey, its a truck". When I returned to pickup my truck, Julie informed me they got my bumper spot painted (because my paint touchup looked so bad!) at no charge to me. It looked terrific. Xpel in Boise went over and above in customer service. The product is great, the installation is first rate and the customer service is a "10". Original install price was reasonable and in-line with other film products/installers. Very happy to recommend this company, so few seem to care these days.
