Extremely helpful, fast, reasonably priced, and quality service at the Boise Airport. Workers were very kind ant pick up and return. Overall experience was the best Ive had compared to others with National and Dollar Rentals for my business trips.

Before I made the reservation I called and spoke to a customer service representative to confirm that if the rental car was returned early I would be refunded the difference. I returned the rental car early and was told the additional days were non-refundable. I will never be using Budget ever again unless this is resolved.

Had a wonderful experience with Budget rental at the Boise airport. Everyone was kind, friendly and very helpful. Everything went like clockwork! Best rental experience ever. Car was great.

Kind helpful and friendly agents. Quick and easy service from paperwork, to car pick up and drop off. Always lots of options for cars too. Finding the car on the lot is so close and easy. Drop off is a breeze.
