After we received services for a number of years from Micronet we are now working with another IT service company where we are discovering that the mapping from our stations to the printers, shared network, etc. was mis-handled and mis-mapped such that we would be forced to call for "service" every time we needed to simply sit at another computer station. Milking us, that is what it now feels like. Just milking us for our money without truly caring about how it impacted our operations. That is what it was like working with Micronet.
