Javier: His knowledge + tenacity for digging in = 10/10. Hes rocking it on the current ticket with disc cleanup! Sasha: Always awesome when I need him for Outlook help (and beyond). He doesn't pull any punches when it comes to finding the issue. Props to you, Sasha! Tyler: I've only had one experience with him so far but was BLOWN away at how comprehensive he was with his end-user explanation and easy transition to a new system. Kevin: This guy. Never misses a chance to help, even when it's beyond his own job description. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and all-around awesome! The whole team has been doing an excellent job (apologies if I missed anyone). Thank you all!

Our non-profit organization uses MicroTech Boise as our Managed Service Provider. I am grateful that with the Tech Care Complete package that we have, that I am able to have a support team to help me with the strange things that often pop up on my computer. The support team is always quick to answer and fix my computer problems. They are a wonderful resource and I highly recommend MicroTech.
