        Absolutely worthless why can't you talk to a live representative this system is garbage and a waste of tax payer time and money

        The "gentleman" that I was working with was so rude and mean! He all but called me dumb! He had to print some paperwork off that I was unaware I needed to bring. He said, "I shouldn't have to print this paperwork for you! It is a long document, but I have 2 hours until lunch, so I'll start printing it". The paperwork was printed in less than 5 minutes. When I told him that I was going to speak to his supervisor about his customer service, he fought with me as to why I thought he was being unprofessional. Unbelievable.
