Club removed the basketball court without informing any of its members or low level staff. Frustrating considering how much it was used

Pros: Lots of machines. High weight dumbbells. Nice pool. Cons: Plates are scattered in uneven amounts on machines across the gym. Almost no cable attachments (either that or they're missing). Smells like a mix of protein and cleaner. Some pins are rusty. Some adjustable benches are missing the top rubber part of the pin. Dumbbells are left on the floor

One of the biggest reasons we signed up to this gym is the Pool. However after going for months now, weve witnessed multiple people fall, due to lack of mats, lack of floor protection in the pool zone. These floors are absolute risk to everyone and can open you up to a lawsuit. As someone who has fallen down despite taking my own personal protections against it, I still fell down and injured my hip. When I asked the gentlemen on premises who seemed like a higher up and not a regular employee, I was met with a disgusting answer of The mats stay where they are. didnt reassure me, didnt even try to talk to me about it. Mind you, a lady had just been taken out of here in an ambulance, and another employee specifically stated there was no grip Mats in the sauna. I do not know the gentlemens name who was completely rude and dismissive, but I do have a photo of him. These floors are not safe. Something needs to be done. One older woman in her 60s-80s fell in there as well. This is not how you treat people who come in here daily. Please do something about the floors.
