Unbelievable customer service! Ray is the man. After several years of procrastination, I went in to see him. Free hearing test, common for all hearing centers, extensive consultation, and a solution for my hearing loss. I did several weeks of research, including talking other hearing impaired people. I decided to get hearing aids. Visited other facilities and decided to try a $1500.00 pair from Costco versus the $4000.00 hearing aids from other local suppliers. Couldn't be happier! I'm hard to impress and I had high hopes! Unbelievable success for me. Results may vary from person to person, and Ray made that very clear. Unbeatable warranty and service.
Don't hesitate going to Costco for hearing aids, you won't be sorry.

After years of procrastinating about hearing aids, Hub finally made an appointment.  He has only had them a short time, so we can't speak to quality.  But, we definitely want to give a shout out to the audiologist working with us.  Rex was amazing - thorough, patient and recommended  what appear to be the right set based on what Hub indicated was important to him.  A true professional who gives you attentive service for a quality of life purchase.
