Anniversary Inn Boise

My boyfriend rented out The Palace for us. We had a wonderful time. He made it so romantic and even had them spread rose petals leading to the bed. such a romantic thing to do. If it wasnt for him doing everything he did on the side to make it special, the room wouldve sucked entirely.. The bed SUCKED. I debated leaving at 2 am because of the pain it caused me. Pillows were awful and saggy too. No support at all. I have a back injury and now Im spending the next day paying for the pain when I shouldve felt rejuvenated. I had to get up at 7:30 to soak just to try to help the pain. Service was kinda slower. It took almost an hour to get a basket of four chicken strips and two sodas, one of which was forgotten about. It took a half an hour for two movies to be brought up, even though there was ONE other couple there besides us. It should NOT take that long for service. We tried to open a window because of how hot the room was because the AC seemed to be not running very well. The window wouldnt stay open because its broken. Someone around midnight was also banging obnoxiously too and we were upstairs so Im not sure what that was but that also sucked. My breakfast was supposed to be an egg and cheese omelette with jalepeneos on it but it was just a fried egg with cheese slapped into it and it didnt taste right. Made my tummy upset before checkout which on top of my pain was just lovely. You guys need to do some serious updating and service quality work if you want to charge people this much money to stay here. Thats insane. I couldve just stayed home and my boyfriend couldve made it equally as romantic. Please update your beds and rooms to be more suitable for guests. Theyre beautiful but not usable

Stayed in the sleeping beauty room. Was absolutely disgustingly filthy. Turned on the hepa filter and shot dirt all over the bed. Sheets not clean and dirt and filth everywhere. Won't stay again.

Convenient and quiet location. Fun room themes. Great amenities. Inviting atmosphere. I would have gladly given five stars, but the prices have gotten very steep. We used to go every few months until they hiked up the price. Because of that, it's been a few years since we have been.

As much as I like staying here, and been here more than 20 times, I'm super disappointed that the new mngmt is getting rid of the rewards coupons and would not take the ones I already had. At least Grandfather in the ones we had. It's like refusing to take a gift card. The beds are hard, and a rubber cover to hold the bath water in BC the plug was broke. The carpet is old and needs updated. I hope you read these and continue w/ the rewards. This is a fun place just needs some love.

Food was bad. Room wasn't very clean. Fun night though. Staff was great.
