        Nothing special. Overpriced and nickel and dime you for everything. Terribly subpar breakfast. Nothing justifies the prices charged for this place. Do not recommend

        Great location with walking distance to 8th street. Nice area for breakfast. Also has outdoor seating. Room is descent sized with sofa and a nice and large closet. They charge you for parking though.

        I arrived at 11pm and checked in at the front desk. There were the team members at the front desk; two males and one female. One male member processing my check-in was polite but I did not feel any warm welcome. He confirmed my reservation and only cared about if I had car then he wanted to add the charge of $16 per day for the parking (no valet, only self-parking). Other than that, he did not provide any additional information and I needed to ,by myself, verify what kind of room I got, what time for breakfast, how about WiFi, complimentary bottled water, etc.? The other male member standing in the middle next to him was even unfriendly; when he said something to me, he did not look at me and just looked at the entrance. Very disappointed check-in experience. The room looked clean and spacious for 2-3 people. I noticed the dirty stain on the desk, which could be removed with the wet towel and the cracks on the floor of the walk-in shower room. Also there was the leak from the walk-in shower room inside to outside. The water pressure from the shower head was a bit low; I stayed on the fourth floor. The breakfast was standard as expected for the Hyatt Place. The dining room looked clean. But I just dont understand why there was no banana during my 4 days stay? Is the banana very expensive in Boise?
