there's a reason places like these are starting to become obsolete. everywhere serves ice cream now. we came on saturday at about 8:30. tried to get in and the door was locked. the sign said open and they were in there with customers and everyone was just staring at us. no one offered to open the door or an alternative.we looked up the hours and it clearly said they were open. we walked back and turns out they had another door on the other side we couldn't see. no one directed us there. they would have let us just walk away not knowing how to get in. there was no sign "USE OTHER DOOR". so freakin rude. it honestly pissed me off. we got shakes. the prices are whatever. the ice cream is whatever. there were teenagers in there working that could care less about being there. i'll just go to culver's next time. I don't get the appeal of this place. rude people. mediocre ice cream.

Update: It is now Wednesday and I finally made it to the store. I spoke to a very nice and professional young man who Was more then willing to fix the issue, and let me know that the young lady I had the problem with no longer works here. am in here on a very regular basis for 2 quarts of the wild and reckless. When I went in about 3 days ago 2 very sweet young ladies told me I could get it cheaper if I got the stuff they already packed, that night they didn't have it that way so they packed them and charged me for the pre packed. Tonight I go in to get my normal and ask if they have any in the back, the girl was very rude and told me it doesn't ever get put in there, I tried to explain what happened 3 days ago and she was again rude about it ,she said I can pack it for you but it will be the 19 and some change, I asked why the other girls would tell me to check the freezer first, she says I don't know. I asked her to pack it she did but for the price that I pay for it not to be full really upsets me. I have never had a problem with anyone there the carton has always been packed very nicely. I will be talking to the manager tomorrow, if something can't be done I won't be back. There has never been air holes like this before, maybe I'm being picky but when I pay for something I expect it to be the same every time.

Clean shop with friendly staff.  Highly recommend the Oreo Cold Brew ice cream.  No problems with how the quarts were packed or the professional conduct of staff.
