Working for these guys is a joke!... they eat thier own people, use people and mess with people's lives like it's nothing ... the BIG Boss Teresa is ruthless and thinks she's it! She has ruined more lives taking care of her own family than any person I've ever seen ... I've seen more qualified people let go to make room for less qualified family... they have some drunken formen (shawn) who thinks he can get in everyone's face... I've watched them pink slip the whole company and keep thier own kids on who were far lesser skilled... Teresa comes in adorned n smells and diamonds and plays with people's lives that have children and families... my family once used to feed them much work but have since stopped... This company is out for themselves and will walk all over anyone they can and use anyone they can to make themselves rich.. I highly recommend another company... Fox heating and air is a great company and so is Boise plumbing.. do yourself a favor and run from this company and stop enriching the jabba the Hutt(Teresa) cartel... She is one cold soulless woman... She don't know nothing about the construction side of it or being human ... she's simply there to enrich herself and her family and use as many people as she can doing it ... when she's done with you she'll toss you aside like your nothing...Hopefully someday she has to answer for the lives she used and walked over to enrich the Paiges... Spoiled kids and a arrogant family... not good in the real world... Glad I'll never have to be subjected to that soulless woman again... You will not get ahead working for them ..unless your family or a family friend... In fact they'll eventually set you back...
