      Sorry to hear about your experience! All I can say without being too scientific is we get our restaurant pest serviced bi-weekly, and our restaurant has been here for 45 years. With constant maintenance. Our last health inspection was perfect. We been family owned and operated for 45 years and I’m sorry we weren’t able to solve this off-line. We as owners and managers work on the cooking line and dining room floor. So sometimes it’s difficult for us to immediately respond to phone calls.Please reach out!Sincerely Kenneth
