Chandlers Prime Steaks & Fine Seafood

Food, service and atmosphere here are all beyond 5 stars. I wish I could rate them higher. Weve come here three times now and it never fails to live up to the ridiculous amount of hype we build for it in our minds. Service is outstanding and food is incredible.

This was one of the first times we sat in the bar to have dinner. The food and atmosphere were wonderful but the service wasnt what we usually expect. It seemed that we were not a priority to our waitress. My husband let her know it was my birthday and she nonchalantly said oh, happy birthday and then rushed to her next table. We ordered full dinner in the bar and in the past they would offer a dessert menu or make a nice birthday dessert but of course they didnt because our server genuinely didnt care. Dont plan on spending my birthday there again. Edited: @MaryBeth Chandler, Thank you for the sentiment. Yesterday, I sent you an email and have not heard back from you. Mostly 5 star food and service but noisy atmosphere and the 3 Cabernet Sauvignon wine selections were very disappointing, One too oaky, 2 others weak, no body. They were probably vinted in stainless steel tanks. Recommend Penfolds, Daou, Josh, Justin. Most Paseo Robles cabs are exceptionally better than these WA cabs. The filet mignon and salmon entrees were perfect. One customer sent back her undercooked filet. It was very rare. Staff were all gracious as was the valet service. First class!
