It was pure luck that I was introduced to Ian as I began my home search in the Treasure Valley. I say luck because I couldnt have asked for someone more attentive and in tune to my needs. Once in the process of buying my home I didnt have to debate one issue of whos responsibility it was to address or follow up on a single item through the purchase and close process. The times Ive reached out for referrals, or to ask a question about a detail I may have forgotten as we went through the close, hes fast to get back to me and always asks if I need anything else. We cant say enough good things about Ian Brown. Moving is very stressful, let alone moving to a new state. Ian was patient.....we needed our hands held. Our calls were always answered or returned in a timely fashion. He made sure the transaction went smoothly from the beginning to escrow close. Ian has continued to stay in touch. He helped us find a landscaper and a fence co. We couldnt have asked for more. We love our new home and cant thank Ian enough for going above and beyond to help us find the right home. Moving here out of state was always something that we thought was impossible to do on our own but ian made that very possible with ease I cant Thank this man enough for making it so easy for us and helping our family as we moved here with not knowing anybody at all or anything here .
