Id like to state the fact that Stephanie Graham won all my respect and admiration hands down over any of the other realtors Ive dealt with. We sold our house through Stephanie about 2 years ago and it was such an honest and painless experience that Ill always be grateful to her. I feel that her personality, knowledge and tenacity and honesty was the reason why. But equally important was that I never felt pressured or rushed. I felt totally comfortable with the whole process because she asked all the right questions, informed me when I needed to attend to some detail, and also why it needed to be addressed. She was watching out for me, protecting me from any potential issues in the future. And that went equally for the buyers- so that all parties were on the same page, so to speak, and that I wouldnt get any surprises down the road. And I havent. In fact I see the new owners every once in awhile (some mail mistakenly gets sent there) and they couldnt be happier with the house. Such a pleasure to work with her! Stephanie helped our family during a difficult time by making the home selling process as stress-free as possible. Mom got ill & we had to sell her place in order to pay for housing in another state. Stephanie did a wonderful job explaining the process & provided good advice. She is extremely responsive.
