At the recommendation of our realtor, we worked with Adam to secure a verified loan approval and ultimately our mortgage loan. I highly recommend Adam and Blue Sky Financial, no caveats. Working with Adam was a seamless, smooth road all the way. He's prompt, unflappably professional, a clear communicator, willing to explain things in detail and answer all of our questions -- and reliable and FAST. He was straightforward, helped us pin down the right loan amount for us, and helped us secure the best loan rate available within our time window. Our home purchase was a bit spontaneous -- we happened to find a house we loved shortly before bids were due, and needed to pull together verified loan approval documentation in under a week. We were told by multiple lending institutions that getting this in our requested time frame was impossible -- but Adam delivered. He was also able to help us close on our house in under 2 weeks (another big advantage in a competitive housing market like it is here in San Francisco).
