Receiving opens at 8am.
Overall very friendly and pleasant to deal with people.
Super quick unloading is done by 2 forklifts simultaneously.
Overnight parking is available along the fence, right in front of the entrance.
Since this facility only provides commercial storage of construction materials or building supplies and actually doesnt own the product, they want to see your trailer tarped ( if BOL says so) and product intact upon delivery.
