Garrick meticulously cleaned the Baldwin grand in my house, patiently tuned it, and - after some subtle detective work - discovered why the sustain pedal was squeaking like a mouse. Once he identified the source of the problem, he quickly fixed it and made a few minor adjustments to the the dampers. It is sounding and playing better than ever now, thanks to Garretts professionalism and expertise! I recommend him without reservation!

Garrett did a great job on my two pianos. One was a bit tricky, as it is a unique antique, and he made it sound great! Very happy with his work.

We gave them access to our house while we were away working they came in and cleaned up an old piano and tuned it up. You can tell they take pride in their work and are very thorough. I would reach out to them again and recommend them to anyone.
