A quick shout out to Quinn at Cloverdale. Came to home, ordered part and replaced it. Expensive but fair. The best part was his honesty and explanation. I asked him to look at a leaking kitchen pull out faucet. He said upfront, that they are a Pandora's box and you won't know until you open them up and could result in a need for a new part. He was right and gave it a temporary fix. Better yet he followed up to see if it was working and after I explained it was leaking and I told him I would try and fix it myself. He actually looked up the hose item number for me. I ordered and installed the hose and it still leaked and I sent him a message on a Sunday and asked him to get back to me on Monday. He text me right back with the other part number and told me to let him know if the second part worked. It did work and I let him know how much I appreciated the care and courtesy with helping me. He has been there 5 years, and if Cloverdale Plumbing is anything like Quinn, then they get my full recommendation. Nick T.
