**Update**
On 4-8-2024 I received a call from Brad with Express Plumbing Heating & Air. He was calling in regards to my visit from Andrew and the review that I posted on Google. He asked me to call him back. I had been quite busy but I found time to call Brad this morning 4-11-2024. The receptionist answered my call and transferred me to Brad. Once the call was transferred I was hung up on. I'm not sure if this was on purpose or accidental. At this point Brad has my number and can call me back if he wants to reach me. I stand by my original review on 4-5-2024. I do NOT think this company is the right choice for plumbing work. I think they rely heavily on people that don't know any better. I also want to specifically call out Brad's statement, "Our pricing reflects not only the quality of the parts we use but also the expertise of our technicians, the warranty we provide, and our commitment to offering a service that ensures long-term satisfaction and performance." I do not believe any of this is true. #1 - Moen only makes one part, not one for businesses and one for consumers. #2 - Andrew was helpful but his diagnoses didn't require a masters degree in plumbing. In fact, he didn't know it would work, it was just the first thing he said he should try. Furthermore, Andrew had to re-do his own work three times to get it right. #3 - Andrew stated that for $500 he could only provide a one-year warranty. For more money he could provide a longer warranty, but $500 only provided for one year.
On 4-4-2024 I made an online appointment with Express Plumbing Heating & Air. They were able to get me in the following day. Andrew came to my house today 4-5-2024. My issue was an unusual noise coming from the shower/tub when I turned the water on. Andrew showed me that I do have hard water. We purchased this home last year but the home is 10 years old. Andrew informed us that we most likely needed a new cartridge which was behind the fixture. Andrew said he had that part in his vehicle. I looked it up on Amazon and the part was about $20, not including shipping. Andrew's quote for the work and the replacement totaled $500. I was anxious to get the work done so I agreed. He said I could choose not to do the work but it would be $125 just for showing up. I decided to have him do the work since he was already there. It took him about one hour to complete the work. While Andrew was nice and its good to have the work done I do NOT recommend this company. I think it is very overpriced. In hindsight I should have called someone else. I think at most this should have cost $250. Please save yourself the trouble and consider this review before agreeing to have someone from this company come to your home. I think you will save money and be happier as there are many great plumbers in the valley that won't charge an arm and a leg for a simple fix.
The first photo is the part Andrew used for the replacement. Notice the price. The second photo is of Andrew in front of the bathtub. He was nice and courteous. I mentioned to Andrew that I thought $500 was high for what he did. He said, "Yeah, we're not the cheapest in the valley." Thank you Andrew for your comment as it proves my point. My guess is that not only are they not the cheapest but are probably the most expensive.
Its only been a few hours since Andrew completed the work but I feel so ripped off that I had to get on Google to post this. I have tremendous regret and I feel that if I can prevent even one person from choosing this company then it is worth it. Unless of course you like to overspend on services and are quite wealthy, then selecting this company is probably the right choice.

I went to their website today around 11am, booked a non emergent appt online and they had opening same day - they were at my house at 130pm and fixed my broken faucet. Dylan Arteaga was my tech and she was super knowledgeable, friendly and fast! Yay for female plumbers!!!

We called Express plumbing to service our water heater. Riley Clark, the technician, provided excellent service and checked the rest of the plumbing throughout the house. He was professional, very courteous and efficient.

Alex did a great job fixing my sink and bathroom drains. He was professional and informative and clean. I'm very excited to have things running again.
