I've had the pleasure of working with Waypoint as a vendor(Sunshine Window Cleaning and Building Maintenance) helping take care of their properties they manage. I can say they do everything they can to maintain value on their properties, properly clean them before new tenants move in, and lastly they try to get repairs done quickly and efficiently. Great property management company.

Exudes professionalism. We had the pleasure of renting through Waypoint as renters/tenants. The options of available vacancies was clearly advertised and the application process was easy. The home was beautiful and in excellent clean and working condition and the staff was responsive and easy to work with regarding any concerns. We were happy renters that renewed our lease and stayed over the course of years! When we decided to move into a home of our own, the move out process was super easy and Shannyn, Mark and staff went above and beyond to streamline the process. We are now clients as homeowners/landlords, contracting Waypoint as property managers of a rental of our own. Having experienced it from the other side we feel confident in Waypoints ability to provide a great and professional service to us as well as our tenants.
