Rich & Sarah Libengood were one of the first people we met when we moved to Boise 4.5 years ago and we immediately became friends. They are extremely kind and genuine and go above and beyond for not only their clients but also strangers in need. They both have a huge heart for service and its very evident in how they live their lives. We recently were able to become an official client of theirs and they helped us purchase our first home! To say the process was seamless and stress free (which Ive heard rarely happens) is an understatement. They are so extremely knowledgeable and had answers to questions we didnt even know to ask as first time homebuyers. Sarah and team were great to work with for both selling and purchasing a home. They're VERY knowledgeable and showed their expertise in real estate, the Treasure Valley, and Idaho in general. On top of that, they are experts in all things houses! It's like having an inspector on-site (but legally not and you should still get one). This group also have all the connections you might need post-purchase for updates to your new home. Friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working. Definitely recommend.

I worked with Sarah and Annette and they are an incredible team! By far the most efficient, knowledgeable and friendliest service I've ever experienced in buying a home. They go out of their way to make sure they're there for every appointment, and even assist with getting the homeowner's exemption filed right after closing! Seriously amazing! The Good Life Group is one of the rare few team of real estate professionals that actually care about their clients, and look out for their best interests. I felt cared for, I felt confident in the entire process as well, because they take the time to go through each step with you along the way and communication is on point. They tell you things you need to know before you even know you needed to know it. They were always one step ahead, had all the necessary paperwork done in no time, and made the entire process extremely simple and enjoyable. Not to mention, they had connections with every single person I needed before/after closing to ensure I was taken care of. Need an inspection? They have a guy (that's also super awesome). Need carpets/hardwood floors cleaned? They have a guy for that too. Anything you could fathom that might come up - they have been through it already and have a plan, and know a guy to fix it - whatever it may be. Seriously white-glove service and I'll never use anyone else when buying or selling anything real estate.
