Rhuman and Associates took over my previous CPAs business that I had had doing my taxes for the past 18 years. I brought in my taxes to them and they never got them done! I called every week to see if they were done and no one ever reached out to me. The DAY were DUE I Still hadnt heard back from anyone at his office and I had to call the Nampa office and the Boise office several times to get a hold of anyone. When I finally did, I was asked if I wanted to file an extension? Then I was asked if I wanted to send a payment with my extension? In my mind, Im thinking I dont know. This is why I hire and pay a CPA to do my personal and business taxes! They said that they would go ahead and file an extension on my behalf, but at this point, I had already decided they couldnt be trusted to get the job done the first time so drove to the office, picked up all of my papers and scramble and find another CPA to file an extension. I ended up having to pay penalties because my taxes were not done on time by Rhuman and Associates as promised. He now has the audacity to send me a bookkeeping bill for last year when I had to pay thousands and penalties due to his incompetence and lack of communication. I would NEVER RECOMMEND RHUMAN AND ASSOCIATES!
