Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained his work and I was pleased with the refund. Kindness and respect can be missing with some services but it was abundantly present with Robert. I am so please to have found him.

Robert was so quick to get myself and my adult daughter in for doing our taxes and had them ready for signature the very next day!!! We were so happy with the polite, professional service (not to mention our returns!!) Does not always turn out that way but Mr. Ambrose was fantastic and affordable and fast!!! Would go back every year and highly recommend his services!!

Having researched several tax preparers I came across Robert. After talking with him on the phone we decided to have him prepare our taxes. We couldnt be happier. Robert is super friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He is awesome. I highly recommend him.

Had a recent phone call to see if they were accepting new clients. The gentleman started off with what seemed like a phone interview, a little awkward as the questions that were asked should be questions that you answer when doing taxes. I answered some questions and just let him know that I've never been asked these types of questions over the phone. He stated he was just looking for a little information to see what I needed. Fair, I think. After answering the questions I explained that our previous tax preparer had retired from the business and we had a great relationship. We like to go to small business because it feels much more comfortable and personal. When I asked a little about his background the information given back was very vague. He went straight to price and let me know what his fees were. I let him know that I had another call to make before making our decision on who we will be going with and he jumps straight to conclusion and says "Oh you're shopping prices, I can't help you, good luck"! In our case that is definitely not what I'm doing, but instead I am looking for a tax accountant that we can build the same relationship and return to year after year like we had before.
