Les Schwab is the epitome of customer service. In a dispute with a local car dealership over a transmission issue, Les Schwab went to bat for me. Their advocacy was professional, thorough and timely, which resulted in a complete resolution of the issue. Without Les Schwab at my side, I would have had to expend thousands of dollars rectifying an issue caused by something completely outside my control. If you want your tires done in a timely fashion find different location. I walked in 20 minutes after opening no one in waiting area watch three customers walk in the next hour while my car sat in the parking lot. After 90 minutes I approached the counter only to be told they are slammed and I look around the waiting area only one other guy in waiting area. Make a reservation only. And sorry if you have a tire needing to be fixed
