Second time we've had Done Rite out to do our trees in the last few years. Never disappointed by the professionalism. From the front office to the guys up in the trees, everything is 'Done-Rite". Skylar, Dave, John, Kevin and Manny were all amazing! Trees look great and they cleaned the yard before they left and it looked better than when they got here!! We had 9 massive trees in our backyard. Pretty tight spot to get trees out of. They brought in a crane and had them out in one day without breaking anything or tearing up the yard. They did a good job cleaning up too. These guys are solid, I'd hire them again.

Second time I've had Done-Right Tree Co trim my trees. 1st time was front yard trees (a few years ago) and this time was the back yard trees, which I got to be home and watch the process this time. Excellent work for a reasonable price, and why I still refer them to friends an family who have all said the same. The crew were all friendly and courteous, same as Megan in the office, and Kory the estimator both were. One of the things that impressed me this visit was the amount of cleanup the crew did. They raked the yard, even areas I felt they had not caused a mess in, and even cleaned up the street and sidewalks where the chipper, and truck, were parked.

Professional from the first email/phone call to the final walk-through! We were overly joyed to find a company who actually did what they said they would do! The job was big, encompassing two properties plus an add on neighbor with multiple tasks to be completed for all 3 residence. Large, mature trees removed, stripping ivy from trees, massive stumps removed, fruit trees trimmed, canopys of several giant pine tree lifted, property trims, clearance cuts and more. With over 30 trees to be addressed and multiple days of work the crews were extremely hard working, efficient, cohesive and pleasant to be around. Their experience and expertise as arborist was abundantly noticeable. Lets talk office staff!! Outstanding communication and overall friendliness abounds! Megan addressed all my concerns in a timely manner with professionalism and genuine concern for our wants and needs. I feel like I made a friend for life!
